Ladies Night Out Self Defense Workshop

What better way to spend a Friday night with your friends. This 2 hour workshop is innovative and realistic in its approach to women’s self defense. Your safety is important and you should have the tools to defend that. COBRA teaches reality based self defense anyone can do to give you a true fighting chance if you need to use it.
